Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. After delivery, you have 7 days to send up to 5 follow-up requests — things like “can you suggest an alternative hotel?” or “what should I do on Day 3 if it rains?” These are for small adjustments and clarifications, not a full restructure of the itinerary (such as changing cities, adding or removing days, or shifting the overall focus). Major changes can be discussed as a separate booking.
You’ll receive a PDF document plus a Google Maps link with all spots pinned. Both work offline on your phone.
Yes. These services are Vietnam-only — it’s where I live and where my expertise runs deepest. I cover all major destinations including Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, Ha Long Bay, Phu Quoc, and more.
I provide specific booking recommendations with links, but I don’t handle bookings directly. You book everything yourself using the links and instructions in your itinerary.

I only plan trips to Vietnam — the country I’ve lived in for over 20 years and where I’ve built a career in the travel industry.
