These terms and conditions apply to all digital products and planning services purchased through Travel Eat Vietnam. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. Services and products offered
1.1 Digital products — pre-made itinerary guides, food maps, neighborhood guides, and other downloadable content delivered as PDF files and/or Google Maps links.
1.2 Itinerary review service — a review of the client’s existing Vietnam travel itinerary with written feedback, recommendations, and suggested changes.
1.3 Custom itinerary design service — a personalized Vietnam travel itinerary designed from scratch based on the client’s stated preferences, travel dates, group size, budget, and interests.
1.4 All services and products are provided by Travel Eat Vietnam and are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. How the planning services work
2.1 Booking and payment: Payment is required in full before work begins. After payment, the client receives a link to the intake form, which must be completed before the planning process starts.
2.2 Intake form: The quality of the deliverable depends on the information provided. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete details about their trip, including travel dates, group size, budget, dietary needs, health or mobility considerations, and preferences. Incomplete intake forms may result in delays or a deliverable that does not fully match expectations.
2.3 Turnaround times:
2.3.1 Itinerary review: 48–72 hours from receipt of the completed intake form and itinerary.
2.3.2 Custom itinerary design: 5–7 business days from receipt of the completed intake form.
2.3.3 Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. During peak periods, delivery may take longer. If a significant delay is expected, the client will be notified.
2.4 Deliverables: All planning services are delivered as a PDF document and/or Google My Maps link sent to the email address provided on the intake form.
3. Revisions and follow-up
3.1 After delivery of a completed itinerary review or custom itinerary, the client may submit up to 5 follow-up requests within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 Follow-up requests are limited to small adjustments and clarifications, such as:
3.2.1 Suggesting an alternative hotel or restaurant.
3.2.2 Adjusting the schedule for a specific day.
3.2.3 Answering questions about a specific recommendation.
3.3 The following are not covered under follow-up requests and will be treated as a new booking:
3.3.1 Changing destinations or cities in the itinerary.
3.3.2 Adding or removing days from the itinerary.
3.3.3 Shifting the overall focus or style of the trip (e.g., from sightseeing to food-focused).
3.3.4 Redesigning the itinerary for different travel dates or a different group.
3.4 Follow-up requests submitted after the 7-day window may be accommodated at the planner’s discretion but are not guaranteed.
4. Refund policy
4.1 Digital products (itinerary guides, food maps, neighborhood guides)
4.1.1 All digital product purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a digital product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
4.1.2 Refund requests for digital products should be sent to [your email address].
4.2 Planning services (itinerary review and custom itinerary design)
4.2.1 Planning services involve significant time and personalized work. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the process.
4.2.2 **Before work begins (intake form not yet submitted):** Full refund available. Contact us to cancel.
4.2.3 After the intake form has been submitted but before delivery: A 50% refund may be issued at the planner’s discretion, as work is likely already in progress.
4.2.4 After delivery of the completed itinerary: Refunds are available only if the deliverable fails to meet the service as described. Specifically, a refund may be issued if:
(a) The itinerary is missing major components that were included in the service description (e.g., no hotel recommendations, no food recommendations, no transport guidance).
(b) The itinerary clearly does not reflect the preferences and requirements stated in the client’s intake form (e.g., client requested a food-focused trip and received a generic sightseeing plan).
(c) Recommendations include verifiably incorrect information, such as businesses that have permanently closed, addresses that do not exist, or transport connections that are not possible.
(d) The deliverable was not provided within a reasonable time frame and no communication was made regarding the delay.
4.3 Deliverable forfeiture
4.3.1 If a refund is issued at any stage — whether before delivery, during the process, or after delivery — the client forfeits all rights to receive, retain, or use any work product related to the booking. This includes completed itineraries, partially completed drafts, maps, notes, and any other materials produced as part of the service.
4.4 Refunds will not be issued for:
4.4.1 Change of mind, change of travel plans, or cancellation of the trip.
4.4.2 Subjective dissatisfaction with specific recommendations (e.g., not liking a particular restaurant or hotel suggestion). The follow-up revision process outlined in Section 3 exists to address individual preferences.
4.4.3 Experiences on the ground that are affected by factors outside the planner’s control, including but not limited to: weather, temporary closures, renovations, changes in business hours, service quality at third-party establishments, political or natural events, or personal health.
4.4.4 Information that is available for free elsewhere online. The value of the service is in the curation, personalization, and professional expertise applied to the client’s specific trip.
4.5 Refund requests
4.5.1 Refund requests for planning services must include a specific explanation of how the deliverable failed to meet the service as described.
4.5.2 Requests should be sent to [your email address] within 14 days of delivery.

5.1 All content delivered through Travel Eat Vietnam’s products and services — including itinerary text, maps, recommendations, and design — is the intellectual property of Travel Eat Vietnam
5.2 Permitted use: Clients may use purchased products and custom itineraries for their own personal travel planning. Clients may share the itinerary with members of their travel group.
5.3 Prohibited use: Clients may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share purchased products or custom itineraries publicly, including but not limited to: posting on social media, blogs, forums, or other platforms; sharing with individuals outside their travel group; or using the content for commercial purposes.
6. Affiliate links and third-party bookings
6.1 Travel Eat Vietnam’s products and planning services may contain affiliate links to third-party booking platforms, hotels, tours, transport providers, and other travel services. Travel Eat Vietnam may earn a commission from purchases made through these links at no additional cost to the client.
6.2 Travel Eat Vietnam is not responsible for the quality, availability, pricing, or policies of any third-party service. All bookings made through affiliate links or recommended providers are agreements between the client and the third-party provider. Any disputes, cancellations, or refund requests related to third-party bookings must be handled directly with that provider.
6.3 Affiliate partnerships do not influence food or activity recommendations. All restaurant and food recommendations are based solely on personal experience.
7. Accuracy and limitations
7.1 All recommendations are based on the planner’s personal experience and knowledge at the time of creation. Vietnam’s travel landscape changes — businesses open and close, hours shift, prices fluctuate, and conditions vary by season.
7.2 Travel Eat Vietnam makes every effort to provide accurate and current information but cannot guarantee that every detail will be accurate at the time of the client’s travel. Clients are encouraged to verify critical details (hotel availability, tour schedules, visa requirements) directly before and during their trip.
7.3 Travel Eat Vietnam provides travel planning assistance only. This is not a tour operator, travel agency, or travel insurance provider. Travel Eat Vietnam does not arrange, book, or manage any aspect of the client’s trip beyond delivering the itinerary and recommendations.

8.1.1 Personal injury or illness during travel.
8.1.2 Loss or theft of personal property.
8.1.3 Missed flights, transport delays, or booking errors by third-party providers.
8.1.4 Actions or omissions of hotels, restaurants, tour operators, or other third-party businesses.
8.1.5 Changes in local laws, visa requirements, entry restrictions, or political conditions.
8.1.6 Natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control.
8.2 Clients are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance for their trip.
9. Privacy
9.1 Information collected through intake forms is used solely for the purpose of delivering the requested planning service. Client information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties, except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g., if a recommended provider requires advance notification of dietary restrictions at the client’s request).
9.2 For the full privacy policy, see [link to privacy policy page].
10. Changes to these terms
10.1 Travel Eat Vietnam reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that transaction.
